So glad my parents are here for the week
They brought my old helmet from back home so now i have a second helmet for my bike and brought my sector 9 with them, my life is finally complete with the things i wanted, well beside having someone special in bed with me right now so i could get a full night sleep for once in a long time. But bsides that i can now enjoy what i do have.
My stuff for my bike and car showed up today at nodines...

Just rode 4 miles and ran 4 miles, i feel like a bus hit me and i use to be bale to do that easily everyday.
time to start going again, PFA is only a month away.
Not that i am really worried about it.
I could probably be drunk and run a mile n a half under 12 minutes
